The Baker Street Boys

Since childhood i have always been fascinated by the stories by the storytellers. I have always admired the work of those people, the genius mind who could create life which are actually imagination or we call it fiction. I used to get amazed and motivated, as their imagination could cross the boundaries which we could not even think of. Today i thought of expressing my views on such a remarkable character which is more popular than the creator itself.

Yes, i am talking about SHERLOCK HOLMES and DR. JOHN WATSON (The Baker Street Boys).

Talking about Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson and their life in 221 B Baker street, London. Let me write about something about Sir. Arthur Conan Doyle. Sir. Doyle, a British writer and a doctor who created Sherlock Holmes, born on 22-MAY-1859 in Edinburgh, Scotland, started his career as a physician from 1876 till 1881. While studying medicine he met Dr. Joseph Bell, which is actually the inspiration of Sherlock Holmes. He understood the art of deduction which Dr. Bell had and he used this method to identify the disease in his patients. Doyle was really inspired by the talent of Dr. Bell and finally he applied in his literary creation which is now known as Sherlock Holmes.

Starting with the story named as 'A study in Scarlet', Dr.Watson and Sherlock Holes made their first appearance in 1886. Since then  the masterpiece carried its legacy till date. The characters he created where nothing but marvelous.

Well let me talk something about my Sherlock Holmes, my likes and dislikes about the person. First of all i would like to tell that Sherlock is not a fictitious character for me, rather a person who could think and solves crimes like a puzzle. The cleverest man ever, his thinking his deduction, his way of seeing the world have always inspired me.
